At Mad Rabbit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tattoo care journey. If our products don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
